Launch Plan: $29 per month, billed monthly
Scale Plan: $99 per month, billed monthly
Unlimited Plan: $499 per month, billed monthly

Per-Ticket Fees:

Launch Plan: Variable per-ticket fee applies (plus Stripe processing)
Scale Plan: Variable per-ticket fee applies (plus Stripe processing)
Unlimited Plan: Zero per-ticket fees (Stripe processing only)

Additional Fees

Stripe payment processing fees apply to all transactions processed through the platform. These fees are set by Stripe and vary by country and payment method. Typical fees are 2.9% + 30¢ USD per successful card charge.

Payment Information

Acceptable Payment Methods: We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Stripe.
Payment Period: Credit card payments are processed immediately upon subscription or renewal.
Currency: All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

Refund Policy (Returns Policy)

We offer no-questions-asked refunds within 21 days of starting any subscription plan (Launch, Scale, or Unlimited).

Launch Plan: Full refund within 21 days of initial subscription start date.

Scale Plan: Full refund within 21 days of initial subscription start date.

Unlimited Plan: Full refund within 21 days of initial subscription start date.

Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions qualify for the 21-day refund guarantee. After 21 days, annual subscriptions do not qualify for pro-rated refunds.

Refund Process: Contact support@painta.co with your refund request. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Delivery Time (Service Availability)

Account Activation: Immediate upon successful payment and account creation.
Platform Access: 24/7 availability with 99.9% uptime target.
Support Response Time: Email support typically responds within 24 hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM JST).
Feature Implementation: Vary by complexity. Simple requests: 2-5 business days. Complex custom features may require longer timeframes.

Subscription Terms

Auto-Renewal: All subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@painta.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No Refund After 21 Days: Subscription fees are non-refundable after the 21-day guarantee period.
